Founder, Merinda Levitzke established Oscar & Ivy Hair Co in 2017. From humble beginnings, Merinda and co owner Natalie have grown Oscar & Ivy into a mutli award winning salon, with an incredible tribe of talented hairstylists.

O & I is the holistic hair haven.Our signature packages allow us to achieve the most amazing results all while using an Australian owned low tox colour range. ​With over 35 combined years experience in the industry, Merinda and Natalie along with the rest of the hand picked, close-knit creative artists are excited to join you in your journey to the perfect colour and style. ​Oscar and Ivy our proud to be a low-tox salon, and we are also very mindful of our environmental footprint. In 2019 we became the first. sustainable salon in the southwest, recycling and repurposing 95% of all of our salon waste from the hair that falls on the floor after each trim, to the foil we use for highlights, to any chemical wastage.
